About Us

At Transgenerational Forces Inc, We aim at facilitating purpose and fulfilling destinies thereby creating a reference for a new generation and consequently our watchword “World Of Impact Makers”. It was founded on the 22nd of July, 2019 and has since been operating in full purpose. We have three anual programs;

  • Transgenerational Forces Impact Awards (TGFIA)
  • Transgenerational Forces Truth Redemption Outreach (TGFTRO)
  • Transgenerational Forces Vision Support Festival (TGFVSF)

Our Core Values:

We have 5 main principles which govern the standards for every member. A true Transgenerationer is identified by the mark of these values;

1.Service : The secret behind leadership is service, Recall that God does not reward leaders, he rewards servants. Truth is leadership is a title, servant hood is the role. No doubt God speaking in  Matthew 23:11-12 KJV “But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. [12] And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted”. Please don’t be deceived, Leadership makes you a labourer for the people, not the people labouring for you. God does not honour titles, he honours mantles. No matter what name people call you today: Pastor,Teacher,Evangelist, Apostles, Prophet,President,King,Major etc, God knows you a Servant. Matthew 25:21 KJV “Well done, thou good and faithful servant” If you’re not operating as a servant. You’re not Satisfying the one who sent you.

2.Giving: Giving is not a question of Choice for any Transgenerationer, this is where our breakthrough is hidden. Prove that you love the vision, its members and want to see it fulfilled, you should be ready to displease yourself to please the vision. Giving is the first prove of love, John 3:16 “For God so love the world, he gave his only begotten son”, Christ who knew no sin, became sin for all, he gave up his own life unto death for our sake, Genesis 22:12 KJV And God said to Abraham “for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me” By attempting to sacrifice his only Son unto God, God testified that he has now realized that Abraham truly loves him.

3.Loyalty: Size, Age, Qualification, Impact, Titles don’t matter. What keeps a team going is loyalty. Group work is good, but team work is better. Respect is the virtue we need. Please don’t despise the youngest or least qualified in your midst, God is no respecter of persons..Acts 10:34. Respect your leaders, the secret to your growth is wrapped in this. People may talk negative about your members/leaders, but remember your rule is to fight for them, sanction the blackmailers and restore your team’s dignity. If you’re silent to such, you’re not different from them.

4.Discipline/Punctuality: There’s a difference between Patience and Laziness. Many console themselves with laziness and call it Patience, Some regard the punctuality of their leaders as Wild, inconsiderate or too serious. What else, do you expect when you come under Transgenerational Forces. Coming late to appointments is not gentlemanly,  it’s a sin, unprofessional and incompetence.

5.Resilience: We don’t rest when we are tired, we rest when we succeed. Please stay Resilient and always remember why you started(your motivation). Though the body fails, the spirit must never. Remember 97% of those who give up are employed by the 3% that never.

Interpretating the TGF Logo

  • Fire-like(Gold) colours on all logos symbolizes we’re on fire for this vision. We’re set to fulfil the purpose we were made for. We’re certain of the course we must follow.
  • Black represents a generation,situation or thing that must be outshined. Not because its filthy or bad, just because they can be made better. TGF is meant to enhance and glow the potentials burried within. 
  • Transgenerational = Across or Through generations, Forces = Irrestible, Evident or undeniable Impact.

Criteria For Leadership In TGF

Leaders are appointed, not elected. Chief criteria for such appointments include;

1.)Leadership is risk, sacrifice and labour. As servants, its for the brave who are ready to free time to be available and not being available when they are free.

2.)Mostly we need full timers not part time members.

3.) We need people who are ready to sacrifice resources for the growth of the vision, making this a reality even to their own detriment. Its not an easy road.
